The application form will start from 06 March ,2023. This year NEET UG exam is going to be held on 7th May and form will be filled from 6th March.

Giving information about this, Director General of National Testing Agency Vineet Joshi said that this year NEET will conduct NEET UG examinations, syllabus is provided by NMC. Last year more than 18 lakh students applied for this exam and this time more than 20 lakh students can apply.

There is great news for the students preparing for NEET UG exam. After the date of NEET UG, now the exam form has been announced. This year NEET UG exam is going to be held on 7th May and form will be filled from 6th March. The examination will be conducted for admission to various MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS Courses as per the relevant norms/guidelines/regulations notified by the concerned Regulatory Bodies.

Number of Medical colleges in the country:

This time admission to one lakh seats has increased in the number of MBBS seats across the country. This time admission will be done for one lakh seats. Six new medical colleges have been announced. In these, nominations will be taken for 600 seats. Talking about Bihar, there are 1150 seats in government medical colleges. If private colleges are added then the number of seats is around three thousand. The number of medical colleges in the country has increased to 660.

UG Application Fees 2023:

Applying for NEET application form to pay the neet.nta.nic.in UG Application Form 2023 through online mode only.

The application fee of NEET UG to be paid by unreserved category (GENERAL) students is Rs 1600/- and OBC category students have to pay Rs 1500/-. Rs 900/- as application fee needs to be paid as the NEET UG Application Fees 2023 by the SC/ST/PWD category students.

NEET Undergraduate Exam Pattern 2023 –

The NEET UG 2022 exam pattern was as follows:

• Exam Mode: The exam was conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based test) across various exam centers in India.
• Duration of Exam: The exam duration was 3 hours.
• Number of Questions: There were a total of 200 objective-type multiple choice questions (MCQ) in the exam.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer was awarded 4 marks, and 1 mark was deducted for each incorrect answer.
• Language: The NEET UG 2022 exam was conducted in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
• Subjects and Marks Distribution: The NEET UG 2022 question paper consisted of questions from the following subjects:

a. Physics: 45 questions, 180 marks

b. Chemistry: 45 questions, 180 marks

c. Biology (Botany and Zoology): 90 questions, 360 marks
